2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases or bookings on our Site. By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a legal guardian.
3. Purchasing Products
When purchasing products from our Site, you agree to the following conditions:
- Pricing: All prices are listed in USD. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
- Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This email serves as confirmation but does not guarantee product availability. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, product availability, or other reasons.

4. Booking Sim Racing Sessions
By booking a racing session at our lounge, you agree to the following terms:
- Session Availability: Booking availability is displayed on our Site. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.
- Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. Payments are non-refundable except as specified in our cancellation policy.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for rescheduling or a credit towards a future booking. Cancellations within 24 hours of the session will not be refunded or rescheduled.
- Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled session. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time without a refund.
- Participant Conduct: We maintain a friendly and safe environment. Any behavior that disrupts other guests or endangers our equipment may result in termination of the session without a refund.
5. Gift Cards
Grid Lounge gift cards are available for purchase on our Site. By purchasing or redeeming a gift card, you agree to the following:
- Redemption: Gift cards can be used for product purchases or session bookings on our Site.
- Non-Transferable: Gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Expiration: Gift cards expire one year from the date of purchase.
- Loss or Theft: Grid Lounge is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

- Assumption of Risk: By participating in sim racing sessions at Grid Lounge, you acknowledge that there may be inherent risks involved. You agree to assume all risks associated with sim racing and release Grid Lounge from any liability arising from participation.
